Champagne Bardiau is a boutique, family-run estate located in Verpillières-sur-Ource, in the southern part of the Côte des Bar region of Champagne. Spanning 2.6ha, the estate has been under the stewardship of the Bardiau family for five generations. In 2015, Jérémy Bardiau began producing his own champagnes, emphasising the unique characteristics of his diverse terroirs located in two crus, Verpillières sur Ource and Champignol lez Mondeville. With a deep commitment to sustainable viticulture - certified Viticulture Durable en Champagne - and a thoughtful mix of stainless steel and oak, Bardiau produces wines that are precise, characterful, and unmistakably artisanal. Every cuvée is designed to let its terroir and vintage speak, choosing to reflect the year and terroir over blend in the craft of complex and expressive wines. All wines are aged for a minimum of 24 months.
